How do I place an order?
Select an item you like then select the size and click on “ADD TO CART” then continue shopping until you are ready to complete your purchase. Then, click the small cart icon in the upper right hand corner. After you reviewed your selection(s) and updated quantities as desired, click “CHECKOUT” to confirm your items. Complete your order by filling in your shipping, billing and payment information.
Where is my order?
You will receive an email notification with a USPS tracking number when the order has been processed. Use this to track your order right to your door!
How long will my order take?
Please allow 2-5 business days for shipment processing. Delivery time will be based upon customer selection at checkout. No shipping on weekends or holidays. For any questions or updates on your order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include the name the order was placed under and the order number in the subject line.
How do I return an item? Or exchange?
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since the date of delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We do not accept items that have not been purchased directly from www.liveundefined.us.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete the return, we require proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within three business days of receipt of item.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Sale items are not eligible for refunds.
No exchanges. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you would like to exchange your item, you must go through the above refund process and then return to the online store to purchase the desired item.
I am missing an item, what do I do?
Send an email to email@example.com with your order number, a photo of your package, and details about which item is missing. We will process your order promptly.
